Thanks for visiting my page! I am Derrick, a US Navy veteran who started skydiving while serving in the military. I have approximately 1,400 skydives and am a USPA AFF Instructor and FAA Senior Parachute Rigger.

Before building this site, I used multiple sources to find the information I wanted to review before skydiving. I wanted to make a skydiving-specific reference page that collects relevant forecast and planning data, then displays the pieces that are useful for skydiving without forcing people to sort through unrelated information. I built Skydiving Tools to help make informed, risk-based decisions using the objective data that is available before a jump.
